A question to ponder:
If someone is willing to murder another knowing they can face capital punishment,
why would they worry about doing several years in prison for having an illegal firearm…

Oh my God, how far we have slid into political correctness. According to the Washington Post, the EEOC is debating whether an employee wearing the 'Don't Tread on Me' flag on his baseball cap is committing racial harassment. The flag, more properly known as the Gedsen Flag, is named after American general and statesman Christopher Gadsden, who designed it in 1775 during the American Revolution. It was used by the Continental Marines as an early motto flag. Yes, the Revolutionary War, not the war about slavery.
